These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leadbase (the "Service") and any lead data you obtain through it. By creating an account, browsing, exporting, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All sales are final. Every purchase, export, and custom order is non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is made or the order is placed. Because lead data is delivered digitally and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks for any reason, including unused records.

1. The data we provide

Lead records are compiled from a variety of sources and are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any record is accurate, current, complete, or that any email address is valid, deliverable, or verified. Email-status labels, where shown, are indicative only and are not a warranty. You are responsible for validating data before use.

2. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all data are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any specific result, response rate, deliverability, or return on investment.

3. Your responsibilities and lawful use

You are solely responsible for how you use the data. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data-protection and anti-spam laws (such as GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM, CASL), telemarketing rules, and any applicable data-broker registration requirements. You agree to:

honour opt-out, unsubscribe, and do-not-contact requests promptly;
maintain a lawful basis for any outreach or processing you perform;
not use the data for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory purposes;
not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw data as a competing dataset.

You will indemnify and hold Leadbase harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the data or your breach of these Terms.

4. Licence

On payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered records for your own business outreach. Title to and responsibility for compliant use of the records rests with you.

5. Payment and delivery

Prices are shown at checkout (for example, self-serve export at $20 per 10,000 records and custom done-for-you orders at $50 per 10,000 records) and may change at any time. Custom orders are fulfilled after payment is received. As stated above, all sales are final.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadbase and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
